Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer the following options:

  • Return/Exchange Window: Items may be returned within 7 Days of purchase with a valid receipt to qualify for an exchange.

  • Condition of Items: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and original condition, including packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items—such as clearance products, or any promotions such as black friday, discounted sales etc. 

  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, we will gladly assist you with finding a replacement of equal value.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions on the next steps.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
