Luis Hernández, commonly known as El Matador, is a former Mexican professional soccer player. He is widely regarded as one of Mexico's most talented strikers, as well as one of the best North American players of all time. On the international stage, Hernández made 85 appearances and scored 35 goals. He spent majority of his club career playing across multiple teams in Liga MX, but had a brief stint in the MLS for LA Galaxy, as well as playing for Boca Juniors in Argentina.
